Larry is forced to teach Balki to drive when he makes a bet with Mr. Twinkecetti that Balki can get his drivers' lisence.
Balki said, "Next time buckle up, it's the law," to Larry. I'm not sure it was the law in Illinois in 1986.
Balki said that he must go far away and cover his face for damaging a car. Why would they have a custom for just one car?
At the DMV, the examiner told Balki to cover his left eye and the examiner's right. He covered the examiner's left.
Balki had to get a road test. I thought that adults only have to take the written test. Maybe that isn't true in Illinois, but I'm still butting this until I hear otherwise.
