Larry wouldn't have any way for the working radio to turn on when Balki turned on the broken radio.
As far as my understanding goes, it's high frequency sound and loud noise that makes glass break, only when the glass is wet.
Wouldn't Mr. Twinkecetti and the customer hear the noise coming from the speaker and not the radio?
